She spent her formative years in Visakhapatnam before relocating to Mumbai at the age of sixteen.

Dhulipala pursued her education at H.R. College of Commerce and Economics, University of Mumbai, where she studied corporate law. Alongside her academic pursuits, she received training in classical dance forms such as Bharatanatyam and Kuchipudi. In 2010, she was honored with the title of Navy Queen at the Navy Ball.
