Sadhana began her acting career with an uncredited role in Shree 420 (1955) and rose to prominence with her distinct hairstyle, famously known as the "Sadhana Cut," in Love In Simla (1960). Despite facing health challenges in the late 1960s, Sadhana made a remarkable comeback and ventured into directing with Geetaa Mera Naam (1974). Her contribution to the film industry was recognized with the IIFA Lifetime Achievement Award in 2002.
Personal Life:Sadhana tied the knot with her Love in Simla director, R. K. Nayyar, in 1966. She battled health issues in her later years and passed away on 25th December 2015, leaving behind a legacy that continues to inspire generations in the world of Indian cinema.
