Priya Rajvansh, born Vera Sunder Singh on December 30, 1936, in Shimla, India, was a distinguished actress known for her contributions to Hindi cinema. Raised in Shimla, she pursued her education at Auckland House and Convent of Jesus and Mary before completing her intermediate studies at St. Bede's College, Shimla. Following her graduation, she further honed her acting skills at the prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London, UK.
Priya's journey in the Indian film industry began unexpectedly when her photograph captured the attention of Thakur Ranveer Singh, a renowned filmmaker. This led to her introduction to Chetan Anand, with whom she formed a profound professional and personal bond.
