Keerthi gained recognition with her debut film "Gunshot" (1996), directed by S. V. Krishna Reddy. However, she rose to prominence with her role in the critically acclaimed movie "Tholi Prema" (1998), directed by A. Karunakaran, opposite Pawan Kalyan. The film was a massive success and earned her widespread acclaim for her performance.
